One of the things we know about health and wellness, is that very often the answer is resources. And not in the context of health resources or medical. In fact often the source of stress, anxiety, fear, and even medical conditions, is because the person is in need of a resource. For example they might be in a domestic violence relationship, and not know there are people that will help them get out. Or maybe they have lost some one to suicide and they don't realize how they are feeling is something people can help them to navigate. Below are 25 different resources, to help you think about what you might need, and or, what might help another person that you know is struggling. Each picture below is linked to the website the resource references.
