(0:01) Let me ask you a question. (0:03) As we move from election season, out of election season, into the holiday season, here in the United States, we have Thanksgiving coming up, December is full of holidays for many religions, and then we move into a new year. (0:23) Let me ask you a question.(0:26) What did you learn during the election season that needs to change in your life for you to have the healthiest and safest, positive, highest timeline for yourself and or for yourself and your children, if you're a parent?
(0:51) A lot of people learned through this last election season, where people really stood in the United States, whether they were standing for a specific candidate or a lifestyle or freedom to choose whether they were supporting women's rights or not. (1:18) Whether they were supporting hope, peaceful transition of power, moving forward, or whether they were supporting hate and agendas against people. (1:38) We all lived through it, right? (1:41) We all saw it.(1:43) And for some people, it was surprising what they saw in their family members, in their spouses, in their parents, in their neighbors. (1:52) In some cases, maybe it was just finding a surprising political sign in someone's yard, right? (2:02) Are there changes that you need to make in your life going forward? (2:09) Did you have to lie about who you voted for? (2:14) Are you ready to look at leaving your relationship? (2:18) Do you need resources to do that? (2:22) Was domestic violence part of the election season? (2:28) Are you ready to leave? (2:29) Do you need resources to do that? (2:33) Did you or another person cope through drugs or alcohol? (2:40) Are you ready to stop supporting that, either in yourself or supporting someone else that's in that mode? (2:48) Are there resources that you need? (2:53) It's kind of endless, but it's also individual and different for every single person. (2:59) I want to remind you about 2-1-1.(3:03) It's available across the United States, and it is an excellent place to get resources for all kinds of things, (3:10) whether it be needing to put a family member into assisted living facility, (3:19) or whether it be for mental health resources in the community, (3:22) or domestic violence, or rape, or alcoholism, whatever it is. (3:30) 2-1-1 is an excellent resource. (3:33) Give them a call. Get in touch. (3:35) And if you need other resources, you can either ask here openly, asking for myself or a friend as a reply, (3:44) or you can message me. (3:45) I'm more than happy to send you the resources that I'm aware of. (3:50) But either way, take some downtime and some quiet time and think about, (3:56) are you in the best place for you? (3:59) What needs to change or doesn't need to change? (4:02) Congratulations if you're in the doesn't need to change. (4:04) You've done the healing and the work. (4:06) Congratulations if that's you.(4:09) But if it's not, and you're ready to take the next step, (4:12) what are the resources that you need so that you can actually do that, (4:17) move forward to a safe and healthy life?
